- For easy and comfortable usage, use a generous amount of a water-based lube like Glide.
- Slowly slide the Dive egg massager into the desired body part. Once you are ready, start the vibrations using the remote control.

- Lube it Up: Always use this power stroker with a water-based lube like Glide lube. Apply generously to the inside of the massager, and/or directly onto your body. Water-based lubes only.
- Stroke it Out: Place Edge around the desired body part, and begin stroking. Power on the vibrations and explore different intensities to find your perfect rhythm.
