- Stretch it Out: On the first use, if Jack Pro feels tight, just stretch it out to fit perfectly.
- Lube It Up: Jack Pro should always be used with a water-based lube like Glide. Add some lube to the inside of the massager, and/or directly onto the desired body part. Reapply if necessary.
- Stroke it Out: Place the massager around the desired body part, and gently begin stroking the way you like.
- Turn Pop on by long pressing the power button.
- A light will come on, and Pop will begin to vibrate at intensity 1. To move to the next intensity, short-press the power button once.
- Run the flexible head across your body externally, in a way that feels good to you.
- Once done, just long press the power button to turn Pop off.
